Applying contact lenses ____It's easy and simple____ 1. Always wash your hands with soap and water before handing contact lenses. 2. Place wet, clean right eye lens on tip of index finger. 3. Pull down lower lid of right eye with middle/ring finger of same hand. Open upper lid with other hand. 4. Look directly at lens and place lens directly on cornea. Release lower lid first and subsequently upper lid. Repeat the procedure for other eye. For more details, consult a qualified eye care practitioner. Lens Removar : 1. Always wash your hands with soap and water before handing contact lenses. 2. Look up and pull lower lid down with middle finger. 3. Place index finger on lower edge of lens and slide lens down to the white of your eye. 4. Squeeze lens lightly between index finger and thumb and remove gently. Repeat the procedure for other eye.
